Promise Triplett – MCJ, SAC-IT

Hey, my name is Promise M. Triplett, MS Criminal Justice.  I am the new Clinical Program Director at JRH with a  SAC-IT. I have been a Direct Support, Care Worker, TCM/CCM case manager, and Lead Conditions too. I have been with the company for over 2 years. I got my master’s from UW-Milwaukee in May 2020. I have worked with children and adults with mental health over 5 years. I have experience in hands-on care, rehabilitative mental health interventions designed to reduce cognitive, behavioral impairments, restore recipients to their highest level of functioning, communication, problem-solving, decision making, self-management,  peer relations, and Social skills training.  I also worked with children in the juvenal system and foster system here in Milwaukee County. I had worked with people with AODA issues, Mental Health, Housing, and more. During my work experience I have been able to help people become stable with their mental health, get housing, SSI, and so must more that improved their life. During my free time, I love reading, playing with my dog, and spending time with my family/friends. People would say that I am caring, helpful, motivated, friendly, kind, energetic, thoughtful/considerate,  responsible, and, truthful/honest.
