Jasmine McDonald – BA, SAC-IT

Hello, my name is Jasmine McDonald, I was born and raised in the inner city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I grew up with 4 siblings, all sisters. We grew up in a household where education was important. I graduated as an honor roll student in general studies at Harold S. Vincent High School. I then enrolled to Milwaukee Area Technical College where I earned my Associates of Arts. I furthered my education to University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. My college educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Social Work with a minor in Criminal Justice. I also have earned my certificate in SBIRT training specializing in Motivational Interviewing (MI). I began working in this field in 2016, I started working with children with AODA and slowly transitioned to adults with mental illnesses and AODA. I’m obsessed with helping others achieve their goals and prosper in life.

I’m a mother of 3; all boys, which made me a sports mom. By being a sport mom this keeps me busy, but I love it. In my leisure time, I enjoy reading, watching documentaries, and completing DIY projects, such as gardening, carpentry, and painting.
